Padova, 12 March 2010 – Safilo Group S.p.A. informs that the Directors’ Explanatory Report on the proposals regarding the items in the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting agenda, prepared in accordance with article 3 of the Ministerial Decree of November 5th 1998 n. 437 has been filed today at the Company’s registered office and at its secondary office, as well as at the Italian stock exchange, Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
