1. WEDNESDAY MARCH 5TH, 2014: Board of Directors’ Meeting for the approval of the draft Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as at December 31st 2013 
2. TUESDAY APRIL 15TH, 201 (IN A SINGLE CALL): Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements as at December 31st 2013 
3. TUESDAY APRIL 29TH, 2014: Board of Directors’ Meeting for the approval of the first quarter results as at 31st March 2014 
4. THURSDAY JULY 31ST, 2014: Board of Directors’ Meeting for the approval of the first half results as at 30th June 2014 
5. THURSDAY NOVEMBER 6TH, 2014: Board of Directors’ Meeting for the approval of the third quarter results as at 30th September 2014 

Meetings or conference calls with financial analysts and investors may be held on the same day or during the days immediately following the above mentioned Board Meetings for the presentation of the financial data relating to the period in question.

The Company will inform the market of every successive amendment to the information contained in the above calendar.
